Les Vaccins
Vaccinations
La Bone Pet Spa requires that every pet being groomed is current on all vaccinations.
Dogs: DHPPC, Rabies, Bordetella, and a fecal exam. Cats: Rabies, Feline Distemper, Feline Leukemia, and a fecal exam.
Le RèglementSpa policy & grooming release
Every one of these exists because of something that actually happened. Please read them before your first visit — by having your pet groomed at La Bone Pet Spa you agree to all of these terms.

Le Toilettage
La Bone Pet Spa will not be responsible for any accidental death of a pet due to the nature of a pre-existing health condition.
We will not be held responsible for minor nicks resulting from the grooming of matted or neglected coats, nor for irritation caused by removing coat from pets with mild to severe skin allergies, nor for the stressful effects that grooming may have on an elderly pet.
Les Nœuds
Removal is charged at $20.00 per hour in addition to regular grooming charges.
As ethical groomers we reserve the right to refuse to demat a pet unless we judge that the pet can tolerate the amount of dematting required and that it can be done humanely. In those cases we will recommend a shorter cut, and explain why.
Les Rendez-vous
Appointments and cancellations must be made at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Call the spa on (954) 680-0668.
Walk-ins are accepted Tuesday through Thursday only, and restrictions may apply. We do not accept walk-ins on Saturday — a Saturday appointment must be booked no later than the Thursday before.
Pets requiring full grooming services should be collected 3 to 4 hours after drop-off, or when called, depending on the condition of the pet. Please collect your pet before our 6:00 PM closing time; late pick-up is charged at $20.00 per half hour.
Puces & Tiques
Any pet found to be contaminated with fleas or ticks will be treated at the owner’s expense.
Les Accidents
Please let your pet out for its morning duties before coming in — it helps prevent accidents on arrival, during, or after grooming. If it has been raining, please allow enough time for your pet to be reasonably dry on arrival.
Additional charges may be incurred when a pet is very difficult, exhibits risky behaviour (biting, snapping, general intolerance of grooming) or has soiling behaviour, because these behaviours materially increase the time it takes to groom, re-clean or re-groom a pet.
If your pet has an accident in the store, please be kind enough to clean it up — we provide paper towels and cleaning solvent for your convenience. Thank you.
Les Aînés
Pet owners may be required to sign a release for senior pets and/or for very matted pets, if the groomer deems it necessary.
Le Refus
We reserve the right to charge additional fees for services we consider over and above the norm covered by our standard rates.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers whose pet may pose a threat to us or to the other pets in our care — whether that is an aggression problem, a health problem, or a parasite problem other than fleas.
We are here to serve you, and we appreciate the trust you put in us to take care of your pet.
Questions about any of the above? Call (954) 680-0668 and ask — we would much rather explain it now than at the counter.
